Every egg carries a batch code before it reaches the tray. If a retailer ever raises a question, we can pull the exact lot it came from.
Eggs come off our own layer farms around Hisar — no open-market pooling, so we know the flock and the feed behind every lot.
Each egg is cleaned, then sorted by weight and shell quality. Anything cracked, stained or undersized is pulled out before grading ends.
The batch number goes onto the shell itself, not just the carton — which is what makes a single egg traceable back to its lot.
